сколько стоит аренда автобуса - Хочу поделиться опытом аренды машины в Будве в компании "Монтесистем". Для начала насторожило то что просят оставить буквально 10 евро когда заказываешь машину чтобы быть уверенным что вы за машиной точно вернетесь. Потом попросили оставить 100 евро в залог на непредвиденный случай, как пояснил сотрудник - "если например зальете салон чем нибудь и т.п". На вопрос какие условия страховки отвечают - мы вам даем весь пакет документов не волнуйтесь, все застраховано, в случае каких-либо проблем звоните нам, мы будем со всем разбираться. Единственный случай, когда придется заплатить - если вы виноваты в аварии, то нужно заплатить 30% от стоимости повреждений, нанесенных только вашей машине. ОК. Дальше насторожило то что машину привезли слегка сломанную ) Было убито одно из креплений двигателя, так что при нажатии педали газа машина начинала вся вибрировать. Но пообещали все исправить на следующий день. В итоге пришлось ехать вместе с менеджером в сервис и ждать минут 30 пока исправят. Но самое интересное началось когда все-таки случилась небольшая авария. На парковке задним бампером зацепил крыло стоящей машины, хозяина рядом не было. Вина моя - каюсь. Звоню в фирму - объясняю ситуацию, спрашиваю что делать. Отвечают - если повреждения небольшие и хозяина нет - просто уезжайте. С вас никакого спроса не будет, протокол придет на имя хозяина машины, мы сами со всем разберемся. Всячески отговаривают вызывать полицию - поскольку это очень долго и может стоить за вызов 500 евро. Первая ошибка - довериться менеджеру! Совет - досконально изучите местные правила оформления ДТП и условия страховки машины и действуйте согласно правилам. Единственная проблема может возникнуть языковая - но большинство работников там понимает либо русский либо английский. После уезда с места ДТП начинается самое интересное. Появляется некий хозяин машины и требует 150 евро за улаживание вопроса в полиции, поскольку ему оттуда уже якобы позвонили, якобы хозяин поврежденной машины уже заявил и наши номера уже засветились на камерах на парковке. Можно конечно спорить и не отдавать, но залог в 100 евро уже не вернут это точно. В общем мораль как всегда одна - проверяйте досконально все документы, учите местные законы и местные правила, не поддавайтесь на провокации решить все по быстрому если хотите сохранить свои деньги. По возможности не оставляйте залогов, есть фирмы где это делать не нужно. Так же по возможности не обращайтесь в контору "Монтесистем" в Будве и будьте на чеку с неким хозяином машин по имени Зоран.
